Website Design Company Comparison Presentation

This project involved evaluating and comparing multiple website design agencies to determine the best fit for iS5 Communications' website redesign needs. The analysis focused on factors such as project cost, timeline, B2B experience, platform expertise (e.g., WordPress, Craft CMS), and the quality of each agency’s portfolio.

Five agencies were reviewed:

Global Graphics – budget-friendly and timeline-flexible, but lacked standout B2B experience.

Nvision – provided a detailed and well-researched proposal with strong B2B portfolio examples.

Stryve – impressive client history (e.g., Intel) but did not submit a full proposal, likely due to budget mismatch.

Black Dot – concise portfolio, but their own website lacked high design standards.

Motum B2B – strong proposal and experience, but concerns were raised over their stance against WordPress.

The purpose of the comparison was to identify the agency that not only fits the technical and financial requirements of the client but also aligns with the brand’s B2B goals and timeline expectations. This project helped develop real-world evaluation skills in vendor assessment, proposal analysis, and digital strategy planning.
